Gaia has a PhD in Luxury & Fashion Retail at IULM Milan, a Master’s in Management and Leadership at Sole 24 Ore Business School and a certificate as Business Coach at NLP Coaching School.
She teaches Distribution & Retail at the University of Westminster in London, Instore Marketing and Client Management at IULM Milan and Distribution and Retail at IED Fashion Institute and ISTUD Business School.
Gaia is also the academic coordinator of the specialization in Fashion Buying at IED Institute. From 2009 to 2016 she worked for La Rinascente, Max Mara, Fidenza Village, Louis Vuitton and ISC (LVMH group) as Area Manager, Retail Manager and Sales Director for southern Europe.
Since 2014 she is the coach of the Retail and Store Management for Inditex Group, Blackstone Group and Harmont & Blaine. With her long experience in management, Gaia helps people to understand and embrace the brand identity, and to analyse the evolution and needs of customers.
Cognitive biases, shopping anthropology, micro facial expressions and neuromarketing are some of the areas she covers with her experience.
