With a philosophical and anthropological background, Giorgio explores myths and cultures of different countries and conducted research in more than forty countries around the globe.

He was in Moscow for the fall of the Berlin Wall, and in Cape Town during the last days of apartheid; he traveled, described and photographed Bosnia, North Korea, Iceland, New Caledonia, China, New Zealand and Tanzania when those places were subjected to important transformation processes.

Through his knowledge of rituals and myths, Giorgio followed various projects with the purpose of activating and supporting processes of transformation.
