Riccardo Grassi Showroom is one of the most important multi brand Showroom in Milan. With almost a hundred employees in sales campaign, RGSR is characterized by its ability to discover high-quality brands and bring them on the international scene.
In a period of strong growth and expansion, RGSR faced the need to structure an organization able both to deal with the growing business challenges and to offer an excellent costumer service.
The project has been followed directly by Riccardo Grassi along with the HR Director and the HR manager.
We created the first competence model for RGSR and formalized the organizational chart in order to encourage new internal processes. We promoted training programs in order to support the growth and development of the team and its professionalism.
The consulting process has been conducted through interviews, workshops, skills analysis and the implementation of a business model. We developed bottom-up and top-down processes encouraging communication and participation in a moment of great internal change.
The introduction of an organizational chart facilitated internal communication and accountability, by introducing greater clarity of roles and influencing organizational awareness.
