INTRAPRENEURSHIP 

 

To innovate and grow, companies need people who can transform new ideas into concrete projects. Intrapreneurs are those who, by leverag-ing their skills, competences, ideas, company knowledge and entre-preneurial spirit, are able to transform ideas into high value-added projects for organisations.

Modern companies increasingly need people who put their spirit of initiative, quality of leadership and business sense into action.

  • Between managers and entrepreneurs: Intrapreneurs. Who are they? Characteristics, skills, approach and mindset.
  • Intrapreneurial culture: How to encourage the development of new projects within the company.
  • Intrepreneurship as an innovation tool.
  • Business Model Canvas: read the company to create new busi-ness opportunities; stakeholders, influence, sponsorship and vi-ral change.

  • Project promotion and pitch: How do we tell the story?
  • Measurement and indicators of success: So what?

The workshop aims to offer an innovative point of view on how to launch new projects with high added value, while de-veloping one’s own leadership, communication and influenc-ing skills.

Who is the workshop for?

The workshop is aimed at all those, who for various reasons, want to develop new projects within the company.

Managers will develop greater sensitivity on how to work around internal and external obstacles to the development of new projects…

Entrepreneurs will be able to activate and facilitate growth through the building of an intrapreneurial culture.
