At the end of the workshop the participants will have understood how to legitimise their emotional world to themselves and others, thoroughly exploring how the six basic emotions of anger, fear, surprise, disgust, joy and sadness are experienced. Drawing on one's emotions as a creative resource, and expressing oneself in a new way is in fact a source of renewal of communicative and interpersonal skills.
The course is aimed at those who have the desire to expand their relational expertise, and to learn to use their emotional resources in a functional and conscious manner.
