After fifteen years of experience in training and consulting at a prestigious ISTUD Business School at Lake Maggiore, today Jlenia, with Gregorio Di Leo, co-founder of Wyde, applies her competent skills of anthropological analysis to the organizations and companies that accept the challenge to evolve and become the protagonists of continuous positive transformation. With her expertise in change and learning and with a sincere passion for the processes that help shape the identity of a company, she combines the ability to develop innovative solutions with a pragmatic and goal-oriented approach.

Classes of saxophone, ballet and the rough and tumble of motocross lessons in the fields of Friuli surprisingly led to her graduation in Political Science from the University of Trieste. It’s no secret why: day by day her curiosity in human beings, in the culture of diversity that she loves to discover by immersing herself in the eyes of others, builds a strong instinct of mindfulness.
