Management Trainer, Executive and Corporate Coach, Facilitator, Morag studied in Great Britain and Australia, where she graduated in Literature and History with a postgraduate specialization in Pedagogy. Since the early 80’s, she has lived and worked in Italy where she has worked both as a manager in multinational groups and alongside managers in coaching and training paths.
Just as Morag helps people see and know each other beyond their roles, it is difficult to give her professionalism a single label. With the eyes of a corporate anthropologist and the heart of a coach, she is a Wyder who believes that wellness and results in business can’t be separated from caring for people and the ongoing search for purpose and meaning. She enjoys facilitating the flourishing of individual and collective aptitudes and operates as an agent of authenticity and collaborative intelligence. She brings a mindfulness and presence based approach to her topics which are communication, leadership, collaborative intelligence, and self development.
She is a member of ICF and certified at the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) level. Further certifications include: MGSCC (Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching process); Core Quadrants (Ofman), Agile Professional Foundations (AIC Agile International Consortium for Agile); Emergenetics Certified Provider (Emergenetics International); Coaching by Values Certified Coach; Mindfulness Instructor (Centro Italiano Studi Mindfulness).
She lives outside Rome and recharges herself with music, hiking, yoga and travelling!
